Lee catered my daughter's wedding at the Hunter Museum August 2007 and I still have people asking/raving about it. In fact, friends from California went home trying to figure out how to make the date appetizers they had. The food was creative, delicious and beautiful. I also had someone call and ask for the menu because a member of their family was getting married out of town and she loved the assortment of items served. Everyone's favorite!!! the shrimp and grits bar. Served in martini glasses, it was awesome. My daughter was worried because she hadn't seen or tasted any of Lee's wares, but it was unnecessary...she LOVED it all. She doesn't do a tasting as some caterers do, but again, unnecessary. She mixed hot/cold and colors and there was leftovers, which she packed up for us to take home. She also packed a basket for the bride and groom, which they ate at 4am when they got back to their suite and they agreed...couldn't have been any better.
