We did not have a good expereince at this Hilton. When we walked into our room it was very smokey (non-smoking room) and there was a big cigarette burn in the couch. They fixed the problem by having housekeeping come up and spray a can of air-freshener into the carpet and all over the room. Yuk.
The next bad expereience for us was the shuttle service. After speaking to the man about picking us up we called and they said sorry we are unavailable to pick you up.
Lastly, we did not receive a wake up call the morning of our early flight. Luckily we had a back up alarm. Also the morning of our flight the shuttle driver was running late and we had to hurry around the airport.
Look elsewhere if you can.

Nicely appointed typical Hilton hotel. Clean and average size rooms with relatively small bathrooms. The best tip I can provide is to know that if you are renting a car at Sky Harbor, this hotel is at the complete other end of the airport and somewhat hard to find especially at night. If you're planning a late night arrival or are pressed for time, know that you have to budget a good 30 minutes or more to take the ridiculously long shuttle ride from the terminal to the rental car center and then, once in your car, drive all the way to the other end of the airport to find this hotel. Next time I'll look for an airport hotel closer to the rental car center so I don't waste a couple of dollars worth of gas just getting to and from the hotel. The same would be true for the Courtyard, Fairfield Inn and La Quinta Phoenix Airport locations.
