Hi Sarkis, We are so sorry to hear you were not happy with our service.  We aim to please each customer we work with even when we are not successful in recovering their data.   While we understand your frustrations with your unrecoverable hard drive, there were several points in your review that are untrue and may mislead other clients so we feel we must address them: 1) I lost $100 on the down payment i gave them to make repairs. Bunch of liars. We do not charge down payments for service and do not make repairs on hard drives.  We recover data from hard drives and only charge if we are successful.  You chose to pay for our Priority Service, meaning your drive s recovery was attempted immediately and we did not stop working on it until it was clear nothing else could be done to save the data.  It was explained to you verbally (which was recorded on our video surveillance system) as well as stated on the initial quote and final invoice you read and signed, that the $100 for our Priority Service and was non-refundable.  This was completely optional and you discussed the risk/reward with the other gentleman you came in with before deciding to pay for it. 2) They also lied about having a clean room. I asked them so you guys have a clean room the girl said ya its in the back and then they send me email saying you need to take your hard drive to a recovery place with a lab. Scammers! We are not a clean room.  You asked our receptionist if we worked on the hard drives in house or sent them to a clean room.  She told you we were not a clean room and that all hard drives were worked on in our lab in the back (again recorded on video surveillance).  It is also stated several times on our website.  3) Avoid these guys if your data is valuable! We have built our reputation and business on recovering valuable data. There is no way we could stay in business 6+ years and gather hundreds of highly rated reviews around the Internet if we were not honest with our assessments and fair in our pricing and service.  Data recovery is a very precise and difficult science, and due to the inherently delicate nature of hard drives, sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur.  We tried our hardest to recover your data and kept you posted each step of the way.  We regret that you were not satisfied with the outcome.
